Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns

All products purchased on https://guhaha.com or Guhaha Mobile App can be returned within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase. However, you are advised not to enter into a refund process without first contacting the Seller! If you describe your problem, most Sellers will be happy to exchange / refund / compensate rather than risk bad feedback.

Please note that:

  1. No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
  2. If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, different sizes or coulors, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established.
  3. To report damage in transit please get in touch with our the seller of the product or contact our customer care team to help you
  4. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
  5. Refunds will be made (i) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods if the order is already shipped (ii) within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the order if the order is not yet shipped.
  6. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are X failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
  7. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz: Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  8. You should discuss with the seller who will pay the returning fee.

 

Refund method

  1. After receiving the product, we will inspect it and notify you.
  2. We will also communicate the status of your refund after the inspection.
  3. After approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment, ex: Mobile Money).
  4. If the payment method at the time of purchase is credit card / debit card / wallet or net banking the total order amount you paid is returned to the same mode of payment.
  5. If partial product or product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be processed. All accessories and items that you received along with the product should be returned together.

 

Cancellation

  1. If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
  2. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
  3. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
  4. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.

 

P.S: This Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy may change from time to time. If we make any changes, we will post the changes on this page and indicate at the top of this page the date the policy was last revised. We will also notify you of any material changes either through a pop-up notice, e-mail or through other reasonable means. Any such changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all purchases made made thereafter. Your continued use of the Services after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
