Discounts are promotions set by sellers for all products in the store. You can enjoy discounts or free shipping when your total paid order amount reached a certain requirement.

Service commitment

Service Commitment is limited to part of the products, specific as follows:

    • 7 Days Free Returns

      If you are unsatisfied with this product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund

    • Local Product

      The product will be delivered to you in a short time for they are in your country.

    • Wholesale Discount

      The preferential price of ordering more quantity at one time

    • Plug adapter required

      The preferential price of ordering more quantity at one time

  • Feedback

    After you completed an order, you have the right to make a comment. The feedback would display in product’s description. Different rates show buyers’ various attitudes toward the item.

    Then the score you finally see is based on all the rates

  • Store

    On Guhaha, all products are sold by sellers who have opened up stores. You can view the store from the products’ detail page and view all products on the store’s homepage.

  • Cart

    Put the products you want to buy in your cart, then you could buy them at one time.

  • Coupon

    Coupon can be used as cash when placing orders, and a voucher entitling the holder to discount.

Q: How can I order

A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

Q: Why should I buy online?
A: Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.
Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.
Reordering:  you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

Q: What information should I input when ordering?
A: our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. If you have a VAT number, please remember to submit it. This will make sure the shipment is not delayed because of the lack of VAT number

Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: You can use all the major credit cards, Mobile Money, Bank Transfer or Paypal. Sometimes Cash on delivery can be accepted, you have to discuss with the seller first.

If you are a customer with established customer relationship with Guhaha Ltd. you are able to use invoice as a payment method on our online shopping checkout process.  If invoicing option is not activated for you although you are repeated customer, please contact support@guhaha.com and notify us.

Q: Can I use pro-forma invoice?
A: Yes, you can use pro-forma invoice. Please contact support@guhaha.com if you want to use pro-forma invoice.

Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
A: Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact support@guhaha.com notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

Q: How can I change delivery address?
A: Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information. You can also change your delivery address at the check-out page

Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements and are set by the seller. However, most of our sellers of free shipping. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact support@guhaha.com

A: All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities. However to be sure, you should contact the seller directly
